Cancellation Policy

 

Order cancellations may be requested any time prior to shipment.

Please note that all approved cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing charge incurred at the time of purchase.

To request a cancellation, please email JandKsCollection2026@gmail.com with the subject line: "CANCEL ORDER #[Your Order Number]"..

Pre-Order Policy

Please review the following information prior to placing a pre-order:

  • When placing an order for a pre-order or back-order item, all products in your cart will ship together once the pre-order item becomes available. For example, if a pre-order item is scheduled to ship in one month, your entire order will be shipped at that time.

  • If you wish to receive non-pre-order items sooner, please place a separate order for those items.

  • Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.

Pre-order and back-order purchases will be charged to your card or PayPal account immediately at the time of purchase. Cancellations of pre-orders or back-orders before shipment are allowed, but are also subject to a 10% cancellation fee to cover payment processing expenses.

JandKsCollections LLC does not offer refunds or exchanges if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason for any and all “mystery” or “surprise” items—no refunds will be issued under any circumstances for these products.

 

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

JandKsCollections LLC is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping due to mishandling by the shipping company. If your order arrives damaged as a result of shipping company mishandling, please contact the shipping company directly to file a resolution claim. We recommend retaining all packaging materials and documentation to support your claim.
