We aim to process and ship all orders within 2 business days of purchase, unless otherwise specified in the product description or at checkout. If your order will require additional processing time, we will clearly notate this on the relevant product page or communicate directly with you.
Shipping cost are determined at checkout.
JandKsCollections LLC is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping due to mishandling by the shipping company. If your order arrives damaged as a result of shipping company mishandling, please contact the shipping company directly to file a resolution claim. We recommend retaining all packaging materials and documentation to support your claim.
