Local Delivery-
We do not have a physical store location. However, if you are interested in a local pick up order please email us at J&KsCollection2026@gmail.com and we may be able to arrange something if timing and schedule permits.
We are located in DeBary, Florida.
Pre-Orders-
If your order contains both pre-order items and other products, all items will be shipped together on the release date specified for the pre-order item. Orders will not be divided or partially fulfilled.
If you require non-pre-order items to be delivered sooner, please purchase those items separately.
Should you choose to cancel a pre-order before shipment, a non-refundable processing fee of 10% will be deducted from your refund to cover payment processing charges.
